Lara B. (Baghdassarian) Horoupian

Artist Statement

Capturing the moment’s complexity of the human psyche is the driving force of my creations. The pensive eternal scenes and impassioned female figures open gateways into a true panoramas of the new and old world.
Shading, bold lines playfully dance like musical notes mixed with inks and vibrant pigments and contrasting thick brush strokes of paint hidden with floral origami papers, which draw my viewers into my complex images.
